Missing post?

I made a post earlier today requesting help finding a part for a fellow shooter in the US, it now seems to have disappeared. have I fallen fowl (yet again) of some major procedural transgression or is it floating in the ether somewhere? No doubt it will be something like the fact that the interested party, despite being in the US is a third party!

Well, the heading at the top of the forum says "For Sale or Wanted" what part of I am trying to find the part is not wanting it? What part of the site should it be on. The usual degree of help, cooperation and fraternal assistance.

Actually the heading at the top says "Shooting Related for Sale".
It should be in the wanted forum, sorry if that is too obvious for you.

Not wanting to enter into a "lengthy exchange" for the sake of my good humour, I would say that is fair. However, I have a bookmark set up to check the For sale section daily so I "sloppily" used that. It could also be the case that if anybody was looking to sell such an item, they may do a search in the sale area to see if they had been listed before to gain a pricing idea and find my enquiry. Also, as I made the point I qualified the post in the Miltary and Historic section in case any viewer in there was not currently scanning the Classifieds but may have these magazines hidden away somewhere and forgotten them or not thought about selling them......is that such a sin?
