Peli Case 1700 for sale. Have had a few of these over the years, but looking to sell some of the stuff I don't use.





This one is in good used condition, there is a small loop riveted inside the lid, but the foam conceals the loop leaving only two rivets visible from the outside. Just fitted new foam from Peli, so it is ready to fit out for your needs. They also have a lifetime warranty so if you are doing things mad enough to break it, they will replace it!





This is advertised elsewhere. I am looking for £150 collected from Worthing in West Sussex, or can meet within Hants/Sussex. Postage will be about £12 by Parcel Force as it is too large for most other couriers.

This size of hard case is great for a take down rifle, I have one for my Sauer 202, and over the years have also had one for my AR15. Picture below shows the guns above in identical cases:

Daft question perhaps... but how do you cut the foam so accurately..?

Draw round the Guns etc onto paper. Then cut out these templates, arrange them all to fit on the layer of foam. Pin them in place and then cut round then with a hot wire cutter.

Incidentally more than happy to lend my hot cutter to whoever buys this if that helps :)

The best way is to make an accurate template, then use a DIY hot wire type cutter to give 90-deg edge & a smooth finish.
Just very thin fuse type wire & a low voltage to heat it up. Easy to make & lots of plans on-line to make your own.
Plan B is a VERY sharp (new) craft knife blade & a steady hand.
Plan C = Carnegie Hall (a shot load of practice).
