I wouldn't think many people will have "quality" brass in that calibre... with the cheapness of mill-surp or Barnaud ammo, its hardly worth reloading, especially as most of the rifles chambered for it are not the most accurate guns!!
I have a Romanian AKM and thought about reloading for it, but decided that it wasn't worth the hassle...just buy cheap ammo.

He's had a load from me and will get a load more soon. You would be surprised at how many people download x39 with lead projectiles for indoor range use and how many buy PPU factory ammo in the 1st place.

I shoot mine using a cast bullet indoors at 25 yards its very accurate. All my brass is Lapua. It also shoots very well at the longer distances with hand loads.
