Recommendations:
The FX-120i and FZ-120i (internal calibration version) balances have been a huge hit with reloaders, providing the lowest cost access to force-restoration weighing technology in a robust package. I have two FX-120i balances myself.
Compared to load-cell/strain-gauge balances the big advantages of these are fast settling, fast and accurate response to small changes (i.e. trickling), good stability, repeatability and linearity.
The analytical balance gives crazy levels of precision, and will resolve much less than the weight of individual kernels of most of the finest powders. You'll need a low vibration/draught environment and good weighing technique to get the best from this. There are a good few US reloaders that use 0.1mg readability balances - a popular model was the Sartorius GD503 which is no longer available.
The EJ-123 is a load-cell/strain gauge balance, which is at the limit of the technology when working to near 1mg resolutions; they do tend to have more issues with drift and detecting small changes than the force-restoration balances, but there are ways to workaround these limitations. Most likely it uses the same internals as the Acculab VIC-123, Adam HCB123, Denver MXX-123 or Sartorius AY123. I believe that one of these models is used by The Gun Pimp here, so they can't be that bad.
