I could very well be wrong but I thought the license for quick load was a one user license

OK. to clarify,.. I read the small writing inside the box,
It states I can transfer the licence only if the data is running on only 1 pc,and I should not retain it on my pc.
It also says I should get their permission before transfering it, As it Bank holiday,as is Monday I cannot get
in touch with them. But on Tuesday I will phone them.
Also just to follow up I gave my last copy,,3.2 edition away to my mate,,who still uses it.
So I think its just a storm in a teacup.,,
The disc and licence belongs to me.If I want to give it away,or sell it its my business,provided I delete from my pc.
