De-act AK47 AKMS old style

Apparently it will be illegal to buy/sell/trade a de-act after May 2nd unless it is to the EU standard. If anyone has an AK old style de-act they want to shift before May 2nd particularly if it has the black poly furniture as I want one for spares and obviously cheap.

Shouldn't it be illegal from 12:00 am today onwards to not be able to transfer them?
