Personally with the 6.5C I wouldn't bother, it's got very little recoil due to the straight line geometry of the design.

This will work, seen a few used in the Precision Rifle Series on 6.5CM rifles.

I asked about one of these for my Ruger PR (6.5CM) and was advised that they didn't have anything suitable.

I bought one of these for my Ruger PR (6.5CM) from here http://www.valmontfirearms.co.uk/rugerrifles.html (£100+p&p), in my opinion a worthwhile investment.

However firstly if a gen 1 have you changed the bolt shroud? I purchased this https://www.riflecraft.co.uk/titanium-bolt-shroud

Hi geek, yes I changed my shroud as the plastic one cracked , I bought an aluminium one and had nothing but trouble , as the rounds would hang fire until I slightly touch the magazine or bolt handle, then they would fire , the shroud had not been machined to the proper specs...so beware, I use my crack plastic one or without a shroud, I have a gen 1, will look at that muzzle brake though thankssign :flag13:

What is a Sapper? This versatile genius condenses the whole system of military engineering and all that is useful and practical. He is a man of all work of the Army and the public ready to do anything or go anywhere, in short, he is a Sapper.
