Does anyone know if there is a supplier of heavy 9mm bullets in the UK? I am looking for in the region of 180 - 200 grains and ideally gas checked.Alternatively could a 9,3mm cast bullet be swaged down to 9mm?

Way too light Roger, it has got to be at least 175 grains.

What about 180gn 357 Mag bullets. http://www.flecktarn.co.uk/spacj8nx.html I know they're not cast but could be a easier option than 9.3mm bullets...

I can do a 180 grain RN 38/357 boolit sized down to .356" - same price
My apologies - it's a Hensley and Gibbs No. 52 and is 158gr RN with one grease groove

If you're desperate for some and have no joy making them yourself Geco do a heavy 9mm. IIRC it is in the 200gr range and is subsonic, which is what I presume you're after.
