Muzzle loader variation

Hi All. I am in need of a little guidance.
I am about to put in a variation for a muzzle-loading rifle.
What do I put down for my ‘ammunition to be acquired’ if it is not actually put together until in the barrel, does a paper cartridge with ball and powder count as a round.
Thanks Andrew

No as it doesn't have a primer.

There is no need for an ammunition allowance with muzzle loaders.

You don't need to put an ammo capacity down.

However when I got my revolver it was suggested I put 100 down, simply because in the past staff have been confused when someone asks for a gun but not ammo limit for it.

It appeared on my fac initially, but after my last variation it was removed as the person doing the paperwork knew it wasn't needed.

In short, you don't need to put one down, but it doesn't hurt to do one anyway
