If you're buying new 44mag brass please don't use PPU, buy Starline, there's a huge difference in quality

The batch of PPU I got from Kranks started neck splitting after 2-3 firings, and that was with a light gallery load (5.4 TiteGroup).

I brought 500 Starline back from the USA in 2012, I'm still using the first batch of 100 I took out of the bag, going by my records they've been reloaded over 90 times, so far I've had 3 cases neck split on me and those were in the last six months.
There's room for all Gods creatures, next to the mash and gravy :)

Thanks for the advice, not for me but I'll pass on the advice to the friend I'm asking for. Think he would really like Remington .44 brass to match the stuff he's already got if that's even an option.

Switch to Starline, best pistol brass there is :good:
There's room for all Gods creatures, next to the mash and gravy :)

I will have about 300 once fired GGG match .308 brass available next week.

I have over 200 GGG once fired 308 cases - deprimed - yours for £50 shipped
