.223 AR15 uppers - Who sells them?

Anyone know where I can get a straight pull Mil spec upper in .223? And ball park cost?
Lantac was the obvious place but none available and they dont know when they will be available either.
Also, how will this go on my 223 slot being that the serial number is usually on the lower not on the upper?

I'd recommend mark Bradley for a straight pull, NWCP do more Spikes rimfire than anything else. You might need a slot for a .223 upper rather than a .223 rifle, ask your firearms officer.

Good luck with that ..
Spikes do uppers sometimes or just hang on a bit as things are progressing slowly ........

I'm just tracking some suppliers here to see whos doing what, compare the market if you like.
The fact that you dont seem to be able to buy one off the shelf is a bit strange. No market for them? cost?
If I could actually get a price then I could weigh up if its worth getting an upper or a complete rifle.
I'll try and phone round this week.

YES mate good call but you know what i meant by good luck getting a price .Ive never seen an industry so unhelpfull as the AR lot ,once mine comes i will be taking it for a trial fitting for 9mm and 223 with a bit of luck .You know the rest

I spoke to Bradders this morning and he has no issues with parts and prices very fairly.
Other than my own bonehead activities my BAR15 has not missed a beat and is now running at about 6000 rounds from new.

Bradley undoubtable makes good guns but unfortunately ive been waiting some time just for a price for a BAR hence the good luck with that comment .

Generally, depending on area, you will need .223 barreled assembly as a slot, not .223 rifle and it will be NVN in most cases.
You can also speak to Rimfire Magic, Calibre Innovation, Valkyrie Rifles, East Midlands Ranges and Element Rifleworks. All of them deal in ARs.
The market is saturated with dealers in ARs nowadays.
