my forearm!


top of my arm (this one has more outline round it, but i havent had chance to get any done since starting shooting - expense and its on my left elbow - don't much fancy leaning on it to support the rifle )

my other leg is sleeved too, but the only photos I have of it have my name on the bottom, so once I've got more time I'll edit the photos and put them on - (I may be being silly, but I'd rather make it as hard as possible to let "joe public" know where theres guns, and being such a geek I have oodles of domains with whois data returning back to me! DOH!

They are from the Danish Coat of Arms. I am not done (are we ever?) more to be added at some point when we are not spending all our money on shooting...LOL I just realised what I am saying.

I reckon tatooing is a form of self harm.

What happens when you grow out of them?

I've never met a person who is over fifty five and tatooed who doesn't wish now that they never had them done.

Never ever have a tattoo done...

Under the influence, be that drugs, alcohol, love, anything.
On the whim with mates.
As a small black blob nobody can see, people will think you forgot to wash.

...if you do you will most likely regret it.


Think about what you want to have done, design it yourself. That way it becomes a part of you that you do not get tired of.

I had mine done in 1998 and I love my lions, they protect me every moment of my life and remind me of where I come from.

I often forget about the Lions but I did notice them last night, mostly because the Viking was sprawled out face down on the bed. Hmmm, whatever I am going to say is going to sound wrong from this stage even if I point out I was trying to read a book at the time....

Trouble is nothing is forever.

Always make sure you see the work of the tattoo artist before he puts a needle to your skin. No good, walk away.
