Why cant people give a true account of their experience with a gun shop? A glowing experience yes but people cant give details of a bad one.

Would it always be a true account? As often said, there are two sides to every story and chances are the gunshop wouldn't be here to provide theirs nor should they be obliged to.
Funny that there is a GOM thread complaining about Ebay buyers, some gunshop customers are probably as bad.

It happens I know of a case where a certain Manchester based RFD threatened a forum because his customers were complaining there, they responded by putting the name of his business into their swear filter.
