Hi all. Thanks for allowing me to join.
I heard about the forum via the English Shooting Facebook page. I am new to shooting and have started a probationary course at Bolton and NRP Club, which is excellent. I've been made to feel very welcome and I'm really enjoying the course. I'm also applying for probationary membership of Diggle ranges to allow me to shoot the longer distances. My previous shooting experience was as a kid on my uncle's farms in South Africa, shooting .22 rifles, and as a teenager in the UK shooting clays. I now have kids of my own and they are of an age to start shooting so I have decided to get back into it and get my FAC and Shotgun cert sorted. My young sons (10 and 8) have had a go at airgun and clay shooting, loving both. We've done a couple of videos about them starting clay shooting and uploaded to youtube. We plan to do more of these in the future.

I'm hoping the forum will be a place I can learn from those more experienced than I currently am, and in time I hope I can add my experience to helping those new to the sport.
