You may have to order from someone like Ammozone (C&G Firearms) and have it shipped to your local RFD sadly then it's not cheap milsurp, or have a drive to collect.

60 ? That's plenty, just ask snaiperskya. After all, the Commissar only gave Jude Law 5 rounds, and no rifle, in "Enemy at the gates"...

I have not bought any 7.62x39 ammo in years I reload it. Its a easy cartridge to reload for the components are readily available and it's a cheap round. Now a days I shoot cast boolits in it I bought a custom mold from NOE in America my reloads are no more expensive than 38 special and its accurate out to 200 yards with cast and I can also shoot it indoors at 25 yards with down loaded rounds using pistol powders. If I shoot longer distances I switch to jacketed that are cheap as chips to reload for.
You need to open your minds and step into the modern world learn how to hand load and get the very best experience from your toys.

Each to their own, I reload for the Dragunov but for the AKM and SKS milsurp does what it says on the tin out to 400m and that's good enough for me, plus there's something satisfying about opening a 700 round spam can of M43.

As you say each to their own. Personally it's the reloading that floats my boat I only shoot so I have empty cases to hand load. As long as they are on the paper Im good If I could not hand load I would give it up.
The 7.62x39 round is a fascinating round to load for I have had great fun with it over the years and lots of head scratching my 7.62x39 AIA rifle took a lot of work to get to shoot well I have it well sussed now and would never part with it.
