Recat, this is not a specific brand as a few makers use these recoil reducing inserts.

These are from Baschieri & Pellagri cartridges, Gamebore also use the Gordon system in their Blue Diamond and Black Gold range and they are coloured the same as the name.
I would have a look around your local clay pigeon grounds as they should have them.
