Precision Sharp and Snap Shooting Match at Bisley on 6/8/11

The Highpower Rifle Association is running a Precision Sharp and Snap Shooting Match at Bisley on 6 Aug 2011 with a proportion of the entry fee going to the Royal British Legion. The match has been designed to allow many of the regular Civilian Service Rifle shooters and others to get their Remingtons, AWs, AICS mounted custom builds and other bolt guns out for a day on challenging targets for a good cause. We are hoping to have up to 48 entries on the day and have managed to get some sponsorship together to support the event from precision rifle builders and suppliers. Whilst this is all KDS the targets are challenging they allow the shooter to engage targets subject to the ability of their equipment and themselves and offer the shooter something different.
Here is a selection of the Targets we are going to use on the day:
200 Yards Partially Obscured Targets, each target (non-scoring black area) is approximately 2.5MOA. Two shots are required on each target (total ten shots) in 5 minutes.
Some of the 300, 400, 500 and 600 yard stages
There will also be snap shooting sequences at 400 (Fig 14), 500 (Fig 12B) and 600 (Fig 12C) yards, five six second exposures two shots each exposure.
T-Shirts for the Match will be available at cost + £2.00 to go to the RBL, if you can't make it but would like a shirt drop me a PM as I am taking orders up until midnight on 24 Jul 11.
Sponsors now include:
Third Eye Tactical - New One Piece Mount
Sporting Services - Wind Meter
Aim Field Sports - Drag Bag and Shooting Mat

Trophies will be awarded for 1st Place in each class. Sponsors support will be awarded across the board by draw, Squad Numbers in one hat, Sponsor Support in another, that way everyone has an equal chance of going home with something on the day as well as recognising the Top Shots.
Entrants will require a Safe Shooter Certification Card.
There are currently only about 6 places left.
