Marlin 39A cartridge guide spring

#1 Post by Les »

As above. I need a cartridge guide spring for a Marlin 39A. Marlin Spares are out of stock, and don't know when they'll be getting any more. Brownell's don't stock 'em, and a lot of USA suppliers that have them won't ship to the UK, so can anybody please tell me where I can get a spring in the UK (or a USA firm that posts to UK).

Ta muchly. thankssign

Just to clarify as sometimes parts and schematics get marked differently. The spring you’re looking for is a tiny little leaf spring with a hole at one end? This goes under the cartridge cut off held in place by the cut off screw going through the hole in the spring?
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?
