Howa HCR rifles

I've been searching the gun sites for 2 years now hoping to catch one of these for sale and have seen the grand total of zero so far.
Are these not selling so therefore not available second hand or are they too dear so no one buys them in the first place.
There's other chassis rifles for sale but not the Howas.
I'm baulking at buying new as every time I look they have gone up 200 quid
