I have three Lee Enfield No.4 Mk1 .303 magazines (interchangeable between earlier and later No.4s)
Two in the usual drab slightly worn matt finish.
One in hand painted gloss black.
Good followers and springs
£27.80 a pop - free insured courier.
PayPal as family / friend so I don't get stuck with fees.

One drab one potentially gone.
One drab one left and the shiny one.
This is the shiny one. Were I keeping it for myself I'd strip the paint and give it a once-over with drab matt black.
It'd be fine.
I suspect this one may have come from surplus from a cadet force - they liked painting stuff for their fancy parades. It's functional and doesn't look terrible. It'd soon get that used I'm sure.
