Wish I'd got my variation in earlier, rather like that short barrelled 1894CSBL

They are a very comfortable size when you shoulder them. 16.5" barrel on the 44 and 357.
Your point about variations is a good one to make. If people have variations in and know they'll be back reasonably soon, I would be willing to hold the price at this level against a deposit. The joys of our licensing system :-D
