Wanted - tiny screw

No, nothing to do with hunnish practices, but I need to repair my Mateba, which has a curved piece under the cylinder, which looks like a bit of an afterthought, and I think is intended to help locate the cylinder, It is attached to the frame with two very small machine screws, and one of these has sheared. It is M3, 4mm overall length, but with a 4mm head diameter, which I'm struggling to find. Ideally in something of decent tensile strength, I suspect the last one sheared because it was made of Italian hard cheese. Cheesehead, slotted, head thickness 1.2mm
Anyone know of a source for this? Lots of 5.5mm dia head stuff about, but that's too big.

I'm a bit thick at times, David got me some screws before, should have asked him first. thanks for the reminder

I have something very similar on my desk, just needs trimming to length and diamater reducing. Stainless A4 though. I have emailed you :)
