50 caliber bullets wanted.

I know its a long shot but I have been given a bag of 50 caliber cases I believe are mostly once fired. The guy has disposed of the rifle. Some one said there are 200 cases but its probanly less looking at the bag. Anyway I got them for nothing on the understaning that I make some 50 caliber pens from them. Making 50 caliber pens isnt an issue but sourcing bullets at sensible prices to make them from is proving to be a challenge. I guess ten bullets would do me for starters because I have ten people who would gladly purchase one. Any one know were I can get some bullets for sensible money.

wouldn't it be cheaper to just form your own dummies from copper/brass/bronze round stock?

50 calibre what? The empty cases may be worth more than you are going to get from the pens!

Hand made pens can change hands for good money. Some of them go for hundreds of pounds mine are not quite as expensive as that.

I counted them I thought he was a bit optimistic the bag contains 75 cases. If all else fails I will try turning some solid bullets my self.
