Hi people, just looking for some advice.
I have a 2 band Enfield which I shoot happily at 100yards with a 600ish grain minie and abit of black, but I would also like to shoot the rifle on my smaller club gallery range without a huge thumping load.

Is it possible to shoot a patched ball from one of these with a small load of 3f black Powder so as to be abit more small range freindly and maintain some decent accuracy and where should I start with charge ?

I used 35gr of BP and a patched ball to good effect at 25m.
