Set screws with nylon bushings can you buy these or do you have to make them your self.

You mean a nylon locking ring recessed into it?? If so then can you just use low strength loctite??

I could not find any that were actually for sale in the UK. Unless you want to pay stupid amounts of money for them.
These are home made. Not a very good picture.
