I am putting this up on behalf of an old boy from my club who is jacking in shooting.
This is a really lovely Inter-war commercial SMLE made by BSA & Co. (marked on the wrist socket). This is in very tidy condition, the current owner has not shot it much at all (probably less than a couple hundred rounds) and the barrel had been replaced before he bought it. As such, both the barrel and bolt face are in almost as new condition.

Overall, the rifle is in military spec for an inter-war service rifle, standard tangent sights, no cut-off or volley sights. This will make a great shooter with a long life left in it.

£600 + the RFD fees for a transfer - or could collect - he's just off the M5 near Bristol.
