Portuguese vergueiro bolt part

The lug snapped off the cocking piece on my vergueiro last night whilst putting the thing back together.
Went to Fultons today whilst at Bisley. No joy nor did they know who would have one.
See readily availiable in the USA, but not sure on ITAR for buying it myself.
See picture attached for item. Anybody got any ideas. It be rejoined as it is a cast piece.
