.30 Carbine dies

#1 Post by Mdwysc »

Anyone have a set of .30 carbine dies for sale? Carbide ones would be great but any will do. Thanks

I have a set which has never been used. I don’t think carbide is good idea, since the case is tapered.
You can have them for £35 plus postage.

Yes, I use carbide dies (Lee) and would still recommend lubing your cases.

With 30 M1 Carbine you are extremely likely to get stuck cases if you don't lube the brass.

The brass is tapered over the whole length of the case.
