As far as i can tell, they've been reloaded as 38spl. It looks like 3gr of bullseye behind 158 and 150gr swc's
38s&w shows 2.2gr of bullseye to be Max load in my manual
Other thing I've noticed while pulling, i think they've been thru spl dies as the case is measuring 381 not 386 ISH. And a case will just about for my 38spl case checker but my brass won't come anywhere near to fitting
