eye protection which is comfortable with your ear defenders
My partner finds the stems of her safety specs are pinched by her ear defenders and this discomfort is distracting when she is trying to concentrate on shooting.
I wear glasses and don't have the same problem. Maybe the stems are more slimline? I don't know.
If you don't wear prescription lenses but are comfortable in your safety specs with your ear defenders, please can you say what it is you are using?

Thanks ukrifleman. It could be the gels.

Have you considered ear plugs as an option?
They will allow good contact with the stock and you can wear any kind of eye protection that you like.
The downside is that you may not be able to hear conversation around you but that should be secondary to protecting your hearing. Very cheap in comparison to most of the quality electronic ear muff versions and a lot more hygenic.

A above I use moulded ear plugs which negates any problem with eye protection. They also have a passive valve so the above mentioned problem of having a conversation is also not present. However, the concern most people have is that sound can also be absorbed through the bone in your ear which over ears cover and plugs don't. I don't notice any problem with that and I'm more than comfortable shooting in them so I would recommend them. I just advise caution on that point.
Custom Fit Guards are the company I used. They come to your home and take an impression of your ears, take them away and mould your plugs. Loads of options with regards to switched, passive valve, electronic or straight blocks. And prices are reasonable considering the service. Also worth looking around as you can normally find a 10% discount code.

I use Bolle Rush+ glasses for most of my shooting and they have very slim legs so fit nicely under most types of ear muff type defenders. They also cheap as chips which is a bonus.
Just in case you're wondering about protection from them at that price, I've shot a pair* at 8 metres with 32g of #6 and they didn't shatter/let any pellets through.
*I'd scratched the lenses badly so though I'd test them out of curiosity

I use Bolle contours. I have the tinted and the clear. I find them extremely comfy.
I have the metal ones at work, but don't wear them enough to be able to compare
