Good Evening Keith... whilst I cannot assist you with kit, I reload both 20g and 28g to very good effect. I have a MEC Sizemaster in each calibre (bought about ten years ago from SIARM), plus an OMV Smart Box from Italy (bought about three years ago, along with their twin powder and shot dispenser).
I do not close on the MEC's... and either use new cases (which the OMV puts a lovely star closure on) or ditto the same with once fired etc.. I just use the MEC's to size / de-prime / re-prime as necessary.
If you need any advice then please just post back (as I rarely log in to collect PM) - but browse daily.
Good luck and best wishes...

Thanks for the post, I have started loading 28g on a Mec 600 using all he stations for the process. I only load with fibre as that is all we are allowed at the local Sporting ground but seems to be going OK.
I would be interested in seeing the crimp you get on the OMV as a comparison to what I can produce on the Mec.
Have you tried roll crimp?
Cheers
Keith
