Wanted, by a grumpy, tight a :squirrel: old man with attitude, space on a target.

I'm retiring next week, she who must be obeyed is carrying on untill December.

Once I have done the housework I'll be looking to getting in some trigger time.

If you, or your club, have space on your target for a miserable old sod, who is prepared to pay his way, please get in touch.

I shoot 'f' class .284, gallery .45 colt, BP (very badly) PSG and Target shotgun, and I have a couple of .303 fun guns.

My mate Jacko, the Range Office Manager is away on a course.

The NRA asked me to work in the Range Office to help things run smoothly.

(Yeh, I know!)

I have just rung my wife, who works for Landmarc, doing what we do here in the Range Office, and said "I'm bored!"

These guys here don't need me, I hope I've been useful, answering a couple of queries on the 'phone but I have spent a lot of time on this forum.

I'm here until the end of next week, when I shall be taking up the post of Target Leech!

Then I thought, I know what I can do to be useful, I'll go and get the bacon sandwiches.

No doubt there are one ot two who could offer a different suggestion as to what I can do?

In the meantime, do I have brown sauce or red?

A thought occurs, anyone interested in forming a target leech club?

If you can make it down to Newport there's a free Full Welsh Breakfast in it for you...clays or full bore rifle!

Happy retirement mate!

Decisions, decisions.

Couldn't decide which sauce so I just added sausage and egg.

Thank you very much mate, She Who Must Be Obeyed is almost sold on the idea of a small camper van, with gun safe, to be used for travelling the country trying out different ranges and meeting all the lovely people out there who shoot.

Who knows? I might just do it, after all, we (non Buddists) only get one chance at this don't we?

Think bigger - try shooting on all ranges in the world

Belmont at Brisbane (where I am) is better than Bisley (and I never thought I'd say that!)

Love
