I think that's where I got my .223 version from, not had to use it yet.

If you don't find one, and you get a case with head separation, you could try a method I read about and have tried the one and only time it happened to me. Remove the base of the cartridge case, slowly feed the next round in to the chamber and it should engage with the cartridge tube. Then slowly extract and the case should come out
