Cheap Gin?
I always freeze the sloes for a month, so much less hassle than pricking them, we have been late picking them this year, roll on Barton Road as there are some juicy plump Sloes hidden away in a secret corner waiting for me to pick them next month
We still have some Sloe gin from 2005 that I sample occasionally, it is interesting how it changes from year to year and matures with time.

That can't be in time for Christmas, unless it is Christmas 2012?
We normally leave the sloes in for some 3 months!
Well done though Dalgo
