I appreciate the chance to join your forum, I have enjoyed reading many of the post. I'm in warm and sunny Arizona, please do not hold that against me. My interest are currently raising my three year old, exploring the back country, making a living are my primary interest, though firearms, target shooting and as the few years collecting historical firearms when funds permit has been pursuit. Not an expert in anything, still if there is anything I can answer for anyone I'll give it a go.

Good point alan108!

French and Italian.

I think some of the smilies we rarely use will be deleted in the process then.

I shoot a lot of .22LR like everyone because they are inexpensive. I fire the surplus army rifles every trip to the range depending on my mood depends on which one goes. Shot a lot of 8mm Mauser of late as there was plenty of surplus ammo on the market out of Turkey. I enjoy firing all the old guns, I really like to get a rifle hot that has some history attached with it, Mosins, Mausers, Springfields and one favorite my old BSA No I MKIII made back in 1917, come to think of it this weekend would be good time to pull that one out and shoot in honor of veterans day. I shoot a lot of handguns and am particularly fond of my old revolvers, nice handguns to shoot cans with. Really anything that I can get shells for that works.
Thanks for all the warm welcomes.
Earl
