Hello, woody_rod here.

My name comes from where I live and my actual name...Woodanilling is where we live, I think the second bit is self explanatory. Woody is in Western Australia.

Like actionclear has said (my wife), we make rifle actions mainly, but also build rifles and other stuff. We both shoot in long range here. Our daughter has just taken up shooting, she is 12. I built her a rifle to use (from barrelled actions we had laying around...). Of course it uses an INCH action in GOLD colour (Titanium Nitride) which makes it look like jewellery. She shoots in F Standard (F/TR) like her mother.

I have mostly shot in TR, as per the UK version at Bisley. These days, I have been shooting in F Class Open for something different. I am using 260 INCH chambering, which was initially thought up by Laurie Ingram. it is essentially a 260 Rem (6.5mm x 08) with shoulder blown forward 3,5mm. It matches the 6.5 x 284 in every way.

We have 5 kids in total, all of which can use a rifle, most of which can use a semi-auto pistol.

Our other hobbies include spotlighting for foxes/rabbits/feral cats, fishing and camping. The latter usually in parallel with staying at ranges, while in competitions - pretty handy or what??? :D :D :D

Hi.
Maybe you should put your club in the "Local Clubs" section. You never know who might be looking to join. http://yarlooprc.webs.com/apps/members/ ... &view=grid
