One small error in the video - why did they show a British Soldier holding a Union Flag upside down?

I noticed that, it winds me up something rotten.
A farm shop near me did that, I had to go in and tell him that it was 'very nice, but upside down'. He said that he did not know it could be upside down. tsk some people eh?
