The Bisley Clubs Easter Meeting 2012

The Bisley Clubs Easter Meeting 2012 features the usual great TR programme plus a much-improved F Class programme that includes:
  • Separate prize classes for F/TR and F Open.
  • More shooting in pairs.
  • Additional prizes of powder.
  • (Hopefully) A trade stand presence, so you can get over those 'start of season' hiccups and get your kit in top-notch condition for the new season.

The meeting is run in the style of the Imperial, so it's great preparation for anyone planning to shoot the 2012 Imperial (particularly with the F Class league adopting string shooting this year). It also represents a chance to get back into the competitive swing and blow out the cobwebs before the start of the F Class league. If the mild winter is anything to go by it might just be the most pleasant Easter Meeting for years!

Download the entry forms and details below – they're not available anywhere else yet, so if you're quick you have a good chance of getting the coveted index number '1'!

If I point some Imperial first timers in the direction of the Easter Meeting can you accommodate them? All it would need is some friendly advice from others before they shoot to explain how it all works (like shooting in threes and filling in score cards etc), making them feel welcome and getting them involved in the social side of things. Maybe get someone to do a small briefing (maybe Guy?) on Saturday morning?

If so I can publicise it like in my last email to the members to try and encourage more entrants to the Imperial

Shooting the Easter Meeting was how I started and although I was dumped in the deep end it really helped

Love

Absolutely, we'll do this. I feel a computer simulated scoring practice coming on...
