i know theres a load of chat about it,but can anyone explain exactly why the nra has money trouble? or how it got there?

Simple - we had a Financial Manager who basically couldn't do the job. He made up figures and wasn't found out for a couple of years. Unfortunately his line management didn't notice until it was all too late so the NRA spent money they hadn't got!
