im sure ammunition would be difficult to come by, you would certainly need a very special press to make your own,Rog could you do some boolits for this one.

Fired one at Duxford about 25 years back as part of a display - though only with home-made blank cartridges.

Any new owner would need one hell of a cabinet to store it!!

Holts had some similar toys up for auction last year http://www.full-bore.co.uk/viewtopic.ph ... lts#p55914

Mind you, something like that could tempt me to shoot out to 1000 and more!

How accurate would something like this be at 1000 yards?

I know exactly how accurate the modern 35mm Bushmaster is however that is not a direct comparison.

According to this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3.7_cm_PaK_36 you should be able to hit a 2m x 2.5m target, which will do me! :good:

A friend/co-worker had quite the collection of heavy iron. he is now deceased. I visited his barn several years ago and took some photos. Everything was in live condition although the 88mm flak gun looked like it had some issues. He had a couple 25mm French AT guns that he and his buddies popped away with on the farm. He also had an M5 tank with live 37mm main gun that he blasted away with. Everything was sold off after his passing.
