Okay - what software has caused this?

Hi all
Some sneaky little blighter of a software has somehow snuck into the workings of my PC. I know it's the PC as I have no problems on my laptop or at work.
Now, when I logon to any website, I get a page full of blue, underlined words. When I hover over them I get a pop-up advert.
Like so...
Any ideas what this bloody software is? I've obviously anti-virus'd and anti-spywear'd and gone through my Control Panel, but I cannot seem to find it.
Any ideas?

If you search for 'Powered by text-enhance' you'll find plenty of reports of the problem, and various solutions. Without having been infected and tried any of the solutions it isn't possible to identify which solution is a good one, and some 'solutions' might be worse than the problem. Do some research and take care. Look for a consensus from various locations, ideally including trusted resources.

Apparently this might do it
With I.E.:
1. Click the Tools button, and then click Manage Add-ons>>Under Add-on Types, click Toolbars and Extensions.
With Chrome:
Click the Spanner(top right)>>Tools>>Extensions
With Firefox:
Click the orange Firfox tab(top left) and then click Add-ons>>Extensions
The Extension could be under any number of names, but for me it was 'BFlix'!
All you need to do is firstly if your not sure what one it is...is to click 'Disable' on the extension you suspect (mainly because you don't remember adding it) then restart your browser as requested and see if the problem persists!
If the green Text-Enhance links have gone that is almost all you have to do, but if your still getting the Adware do the same with another Extension!
Once you have found out which one it is then click the 'Uninstall' tab next to it and again as requested Restart your Pc!!

Funnily enough, yes.
All I had to do was send £500 good will money and I get it next week...
... wait, what?
