Enfield No.4 forend

Like the title says, I'm in the market for a No.4 foreend, preferably with little wear to the draws.
Erm. That's about it, really. Can part-exchange for:
a foresight block band
one or two buttplates with screws
a No.5 rearsight
a spare mainspring
a spring washer for the butt bolt
