Stuart has built a couple of wildcat chambered rifles for us, both are very accurate and well built. He goes the extra mile during the specification process, listens to the customers needs and is passionate about what he does, he is also very competitively priced. As well as custom stuff he is also a Savage dealer.

Best to call him as he can get very busy sometimes!

Also very good response to emails and I had an offer to meet up at Blair Atholl last year at a GB F-Class shoot.

Will be on my shortlist for a custom build.

Stuart has recently completed Cerakoting my SAUER 202 in H-19OQ Armour Black also final fitting of a SPUHR mount.

It really has given a tired looking rifle a new lease of life.

In addition to Cerakoting the receiver, bolt and barrel, he recrowned and manufactured an invisible thread protector too.

It's a very fine piece of work and I'm very pleased with the results.

In fact, I'm so pleased with the outcome I've given him two other rifles to work on. One involves rebarrelling (.308W to .260 Rem) and both involve Cerakoting.

Stuart has high standards with a very genuine enthusiasm for his work and is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Yes, he does very good work indeed - I've got a couple of his rifles plus another couple rebarrelled by him, and they're all faultless. The Cerakote finishing is a recent venture, and some of his jobs I've seen are very impressive.

He's always had a soft spot for Savage precision series actions and rifles, and builds very good F-Class/FTR and varmint rifles around them, but couldn't get the single-shot PTA target action for a long time. They're now available again and he's managed to get some. If you're not a 'brand name snob', he'll build you a VERY accurate rifle around a PTA, and at a lower price than applies to Stolle, RPA, BAT etc.

Stuart also works very closely with Craig at Evo Leisure in Heckmondwite, so Osprey is a good source of Evo / Third Eye Tactical CNC-Machined bits (stocks, 'scope rails and mounts, moderators, the FTR bipod, one of the best available) - the range keeps growing.

I also had the pleasure of dealing with Stuart recently and confirm that his service and workmanship is superb, I'll be going back for sure.

Didn't end up using Osprey for my build (can't believe it's taken me 3 years to sort it out) but did get my TET rail and rings from them. Prompt and efficient service.

I ordered a TET Unimount from Stuart at lunchtime on the Monday. He Cerakoted the parts, assembled it and I had it in my hands here in NE Scotland by lunchtime the next day - doesn't come much better than that.

My second experience has been without exception wholly negative and I'll refrain from commenting further.
