looking at getting a Remington 700 with all the trimmings (or as close to):

26" heavy barrel
tuned or "accurised"
Bipod
Jewell (or similar) trigger
Low mileage (i.e. rounds fired)
Scope and mounts

not to bothered about the stock at the moment.

Forgot to mention I want it in 308!

My advice is if you're going the whole hog custom route then use a custom action. It won't shoot any better but will hold value and sell easier.
