Hi, all

A friend of mine is trying to find a second hand diopter rearsight for a P14 rifle. He mentions a PH 5B.

Any offer for a sale or a swap?

I've been wating for a one-for-one variation to go through - put it in in March (this year...) to get a P'14

IF I can find a std (or fine adjustment) rearsight I may well be tempted to sell off the PH sight that is on it

There is one on EB*y at present however it is an outrageous GBP65+ post start price.

Hi. Stupid question, but does your friend need the whole rear sight, or just the adjustable "peep sight"?

I have a Winchester made Std rearsite available if you want one - make me an offer.

FYI - There is another option PH sight available for the P14: PH TZ 3/53 (usually less popular and usually cheaper than the 5B, but a better sight IMHO) but does require special lug to replace safety spring button.

PH 5B = Parker Hale, model 5, version B

Ah. So, not a P14 sight at all, then

Only reason I jumped in is I have a P14 "peep sight".
