Makes no difference, they stand behind their products.

They have sent me quiet a lot of replacement parts for S/H kit and things that I damaged.

An email will get a response.

As Dromia says RCBS really do stand by their products, first class customer service from them.

Another vote for RCBS, they are very prompt to deliver, equally Redding do the job as well although they were a bit slower. Both were free of charge. I have not tried with Lee but I would be surprised if they did not do the same as well.

Previous experience with Lee has been very good but unfortunately they made a right pig's ear out of a recent custom order and ended up refunding me rather than put it right so I have gone a bit off them. Dillon precision is another company who are simply superb as regards customer service so I will stick with them and RCBS.

Emailed RCBS no reply looks like a scrap skip job. Conned again. Another £50 wasted.
