After a lyman lead casting dipper ladle, I've scoured the net and nobody apart from midwayuk seem to sell them over here.

Thanks in advance

Simon

scoured?

Your Google-Fu is weak, grasshopper!

Tim Hannam are a main/official Lyman stockist

Midway are just an importer, to order, so don't have to keep up minimum stock levels of the main Lyman products

No not weak, they did come up on my search but their website just contains links to manufacturers that they deal with and not actual products with prices, to say they say they are a multi million pound business its disappointing that they have not braced the concept of e-commerce in the 21st century.

Lots of results came up for those comparison shopping sites but out of the 100's of so called results none were for what I asked for. Results came up for amazon but when I followed them they were no longer available, the same for fleabay apart from a couple of sellers in the states, one of which wanted an extortionate amount for postage and the other I have had a problem with in the past. The only other uk seller I found wanted over £40 + postage for something that has an rrp on lyman's website of $23 .

I will have to give hannams a call later and see what they can do for me.

I do them at £20 plus actual postage, need to check stock but will definitely have them in by next Monday if you are interested.

Thanks for the excellent fast service Adam, used it yesterday, it works a treat unlike the Lee dipper I have which is more suited for the jam pot.

My pleasure Simon.

Who would think that a humble ladle has its own complexities of design and application.

Wait 'till you try a Rowel. ;)
