Hi from Worcester

I have been lurking for a few months now and I would firstly like to say what a great forum this is, seems so friendly!!!
I am 34 and just taken up shooting again after about 15 years away. I used to do a lot of .22 rimfire target shooting for my college from the age of 12-18. I have joined my local Small Bore club (Bromyard Rifle Club) been going for about a month and a half now and loving it. I have my first postal comp card to do this evening,
When I was shooting at my college I went on a British Schools shooting tour to Denmark and had the chance to shoot some full bore target rifle. I loved it and did really well, I have been meaning to have a go ever since just other things have got in the way, mainly work, the joy of being self employed!!!
But here I am back shooting again and about to send off the paperwork to start my probation course with the NRA at Bisley. I hope I can get all my probationary stuff out the way and FAC in place so I can have a go at the Imperial next year. Watch out IainWR I am sure I will be needing some sign85 and also from any of the other TR shooters on here!!!
I am hoping my girlfriend will also do her NRA probationary course. She has had one go down at my club and was very very good for a first timer in fact she did better than me that day
. But that trend will not continue, I must have the upper hand in at least one thing in our relationship :lol: .
Look forward to meeting some of you guys at Bisley sometime soon.
