I waited around 4 weeks from submitting my application.

I did my research on what I was likely to shoot before submitting my application. The discussion when I had my visit was if you can justify what you have asked for then it should be OK, just don't ask for anything because someone says 'ask for it just in case'.

The club is called Chadderton Rifle and Pistol Club, but we shoot small bore in Oldham and Full bore (pistol calibre) in Manchester.

I am very interested in trying different ranges.

I don't have any 'toys' yet - that is what I COULD have.


Just looking (at lots).

If I am being honest I want a LANTAC RAVEN in both .22LR and 223 - just need the funds - I could buy one of them new but looking for them second hand.
