I bought a 5 gun safe from Bradshaws, to give me the capacity needed for my FAC. I twisted their arm, so they agreed to deliver it to my home address for free (about 20 - 25 minutes away). At this point, I'm a happy camper - the cabinet was a reasonable price and not having to fork out for shipping made it cheaper than many online retailers.
However, after I'd un-boxed it (despite me viewing it in the shop), I tried a few guns in it and realised it wasn't quite deep enough for me. Totally my fault - I'd tried to get one to fill a specific gap, so I'd avoided the bigger models.
I gave them a ring to see if they'd let me exchange it, which wasn't a problem. They even delivered the new one the same day, collecting the old one too. Again, no charge for delivery or restocking etc - I just paid the difference in cabinet price. I'd say that's pretty good service.

I use Bradshaws quite a bit and have had no complaints :-)

How nice to read a happy story.
There are some 'gentleman' dealers out there, that said, my local one is a lady but you know what I mean.

I can't fault Bradshaws, got my last 5 firearms from there and they're holding another for me.
